One of the unique aspects of World vs. Hero's gaming experience is the option to play verbally or in writing. Sessions that use verbal Action Scenes are casual, fast, and fun. Sessions that use written Action Scenes take longer to play, but at the end of the action, a record exists of all that transpired, and the story can be relived and shared with ease. Whether playing by exchanging e-mails, writing together in person, or going solo, players of written Action Scenes need only follow the standard rules and turn structure of World vs. Hero to create exciting, original, and COMPLETE stories that describe all of the thrills and suspense that the players themselves were experiencing while the game was in action! In this section of the site, you'll find several examples of different types of written games of World vs. Hero. I hope you're entertained and inspired to try it yourself! |
